Inter Linc Mortgage is seeking an Outside Loan Originator to originate residential mortgage loans and build strong relationships with real estate professionals. This role involves extensive travel and working away from the office to generate leads and close loans.
The ideal candidate will educate borrowers on loan options, handle disclosures, and stay current on agency guidelines and regulatory requirements, including TRID and RESPA. NMLS license is preferred and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
