Plant Financial Analyst

Compensation:

$100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Financial Analyst to join their team!

In this role, you’ll support a manufacturing environment with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting that directly impacts plant performance. • Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts
• Prepare plant budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
• Perform variance analysis and identify root causes
• Analyze labor, overhead, material usage, and productivity trends
• Support standardized operational and financial metrics
• Present reports and insights to plant and finance leadership
• Improve reporting accuracy and data quality

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of finance or related experience
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Experience with cost accounting and variance analysis
• Strong financial planning and analysis background
• Ability to connect operational drivers to financial results
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong financial modeling and reporting skills

• Experience in machine manufacturing
• Exposure to plant finance or operational finance
• CPA or CFA certification
• Background in continuous improvement environments
• Advanced analytical and presentation skills
