Location: Longview, TX, 75601

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team on a PRN basis in Longview, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through occupational therapy.

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Certification and valid License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Valid CPR certification
• Previous experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
