We are looking for a Chiropractor who is growth-oriented and eager to be part of a rapidly expanding clinic system!

O'Mally Management Group is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary healthcare client in Longview, TX. Our client operates innovative, community-focused clinics designed to deliver exceptional care and build strong patient relationships.

The clinic offers a comprehensive soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines chiropractic care with physical therapy and other specialties, such as orthopedic and pain management. This integrated model supports a steady and diverse patient flow while offering chiropractors a unique collaborative care environment.

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic care, including evaluations, manual therapy, and treatment planning
• Work closely with physical therapists and medical professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Educate patients on chiropractic principles, treatment plans, and preventive health strategies
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Demonstrate leadership and support clinic goals and community presence

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
• Current Texas chiropractic license (or eligibility)
• Strong diagnostic and manual adjustment skills
• Interest or experience in soft tissue and rehabilitative therapies preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

• Salary:
  Starting range of $90,000–$110,000 annually (DOE)

• Ability to stand and sit throughout the workday
• Ability to demonstrate and assist with passive and active therapies
• Comfortable with moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
