Full Job Description
The coding specialist reviews medical records and accurately codes diagnoses using ICD-10 CM/CPT conventions.
Job Responsibilities Comprehensive Chart Reviews- Review and Abstract HCC codes and quality measures for all Medicare part B E/M and AWV visits.
- Confirm HCC and Quality Measure codes passed claim cycle.
- Provide clear feedback to clinic managers when documentation does not support the level of service or is unclear.
