Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) based in Longview, Texas. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assess patients' conditions to create and implement individualized care plans. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on medical procedures and care plans. The role requires adherence to healthcare standards and effective communication with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, monitoring, and administration of treatments
  • Knowledge of medical guidelines, healthcare protocols, and care planning
  • Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting using electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs
  • Prior experience in acute care, critical care, or long-term acute care hospital settings is a plus
