• Doctorate degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas licensure.
• BLS (AHA or ARC).
• 1 year inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with PT EMR Medhost (preferred).
• Recent graduates and LPTA not accepted.
• Mandatory inclusion of permanent home address and SSN on submission.
• Travellers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility.

Physical therapists (PTs) are licensed health care professionals who help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility. PTs can teach patients how to prevent or manage their condition so that they achieve long‑term health benefits. PTs examine each individual and develop a plan, using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. PTs work to prevent loss of mobility and develop fitness‑ and wellness‑oriented programs for healthier, more active lifestyles.

They provide care in hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health agencies, schools, sports and fitness facilities, work settings, and nursing homes. State licensure is required in each state where a PT practices.

Pay package is based on 9‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined. Job
