• Doctorate Degree from an accredited program
• Current TX Licensure
• BLS (AHA or ARC) Certification
• 1 year inpatient rehab experience
• 2 years’ experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with EMR Medhost (preferred)
• Must include permanent home address and SS# on the submission
