· Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care plans

· Serve clients inLongview and surrounding areas

· LicensedPhysical Therapistin the state of Texas

· Experience with assessments and evaluations preferred

· Passion for working with individuals with disabilities
