Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Longview, Texas. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapy experience; new graduates welcome to apply
• Other certifications or licenses may be required

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
• Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration
• Assess progress, adjust plans, and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management
• Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities
• Participate in discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions; PC skills
• Physical Abilities – remain stationary, move equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull, bend
• Interpersonal Skills – work with diverse personnel professionally
• Technical/Motor Skills – fine manipulation, assist with procedures, use equipment
• Mental Requirements – handle frequent public contact, meet deadlines, work under supervision or independently, cope with irregular schedules, maintain concentration
• Sensory – visual acuity and effective communication

Job . Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
