Make frequent resident rounds to check the physical comfort, safety, and cleanliness of residents.;
Assist with the implementation of the prescribed health care plan.;
Provide bathing, feeding, oral care, intake of food, dressing, care of hair, nails, and assistance with mobility.;
Provide broad range of cleaning/sanitary services for equipment and spaces (urinals, bedpans, showers, wheelchairs).;
Accurately and timely document Activities of Daily Living and intake/output on charts.
