Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high‑quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Implement physical therapy interventions and adjust treatments as necessary based on patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercises, and strategies for long‑term health benefits.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of patient progress and response to therapies.
• Float to different facilities as required, adhering to schedule and maintaining high standards of care.

• Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas licensure and BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• A minimum of 1 year inpatient rehab experience is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a physical therapist.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably MEDHOST.
• Flexible with shift requirements; must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
