Deliver direct support per individual service or program plans; assist with socialization and behavioral development;
Assist with personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community orientation, shopping, and activities of daily living;

Report any incidents of abuse, neglect, medical or behavioral issues according to policy;
