• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee and supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the setting, following guidelines for facilities.
• Understand and comply with the respective PT board’s rules and regulations and state requirements.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team‑focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and incorporate it into therapy plans.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care, and modify it as indicated based on patient’s condition.
• Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged.
• BLS certification.
• State‑specific licensing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean or stoop for long periods of time.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• ABPTS certification (additional certifications may be required before assignment).

Job . Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
