Hospice Plus is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll help ensure that no one walks this path alone.
You will assess spiritual needs, develop individualized care plans, and participate in patient care conferences with nurses and social workers while respecting diverse faiths, cultural backgrounds, and beliefs.
