Hospice Plus is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to patients and families facing end-of-life care. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll help ensure that no one walks this path alone.
You will assess spiritual needs, develop individualized care plans, conduct visits and rituals, and support families through grief and bereavement, collaborating with nurses, social workers, and other staff.
