Administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, improve or restore function;
Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of Physical Therapist;
Respond to requests for service and relay information to PT;
Implement/modify plans of care under PT supervision;
Measure/record motor function, strength, and muscle performance;
Monitor patient response and adjust interventions with interdisciplinary team;
Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers;
Ensure thorough timely documentation per policies/regulations;
Attend required Rehab Director meetings
