This clinic is a modern multidisciplinary system , combining Physical Therapy + Chiropractic + Rehab to deliver the highest quality soft-tissue and rehabilitation care. • Provide excellent customer service and support patients throughout their visit
• Learn and use multiple clinic systems; maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with patient evaluations and active/passive therapies (under direction of PT/Chiropractor)
• Coordinate patient care based on established treatment plans
• Uphold integrity, ethics, and compliance standards
• Support both front-desk and clinical operations as needed

• A willingness to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong purpose, determination, and commitment to quality care
• Ability to follow direction and support a high-volume clinic
• Professionalism, integrity, and a team-first mindset

Experience is appreciated but NOT required.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED

• $17–$21/hr starting range , depending on experience
• Additional incentive opportunities
• Pathway to salary-based compensation based on performance

Location:

Longview, TX – Onsite
This is a hands-on role in a busy clinic environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular standing and sitting
• Ability to assist with daily patient treatments
• Ability to confidently demonstrate active and passive therapies (instructions provided)
