Paradigm Home Health Companies is seeking an RN PRN for the Sulphur Springs/Mt. Pleasant Area, responsible for providing direct clinical care to home-bound patients. Candidates must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas, have at least 1 year of Medicare home health experience, and a valid Texas Driver's License. This position involves travel to various locations and offers pay per visit with mileage reimbursement.

BLS/CPR certification and familiarity with Well Sky EMR software are desired.
