Responsibilities

Perform and interpret CT scans with accuracy to support diagnoses.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during CT procedures.

Operate CT equipment, adjust protocols, and optimize imaging quality.

Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Verify patient information, prepare requisitions, and manage imaging workflow.

Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to ensure accurate reporting.

Maintain detailed service pipelines and track performance against targets.

Proactively pursue professional development and pursue advanced certifications.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Participate in daily huddles and provide visibility on workload and results.

Assist in equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.

Certified CT Technologist (ARRT) with 2+ years imaging experience.

Proficient in CT protocol optimization and dose optimization.

Radiation safety compliance and ALARA principles mastery.

Ability to interpret CT findings and communicate with radiologists.

On-site patient care focus with emphasis on comfort and safety.

KPIs and pipeline tracking for imaging throughput and quality.

Accurate patient data verification and requisition management.

Strong collaboration with clinicians and team mentoring.

Commitment to continuous professional development and certifications.

Troubleshooting equipment and reporting malfunctions promptly.
