Wellness Pointe offers comprehensive care across obstetrics, pediatrics, general medicine, family planning, and dentistry. The Optometric Technician will work directly with the Optometrist to provide optimal patient services and efficient flow by accurately collecting the necessary data from patients. The Technician must adhere to strict confidentiality and consistently provide quality patient care.

• Communicate with patients to collect medical history and screen patients for visual activities
• Perform pre-screening tests
• Assist with equipment maintenance, sterilize the room, and refill supplies
• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain all patient records accurately
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years related experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience with optics, basic medical terminology, and history taking preferred
• Spanish speaking required
