- Longview and Lifepoint Rehabilitation, an operating division of Lifepoint Health, have formed a joint venture to operate Longview Rehabilitation Hospital.
With 36 private rooms, CHRISTUS Health Rehabilitation Hospital increases capacity for treating rehabilitation patients beyond the rehabilitation unit at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center
- Longview, allowing the current inpatient rehabilitation unit to be repurposed to support acute care demand.

How You ll ContributeThe Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.
Essential Functions- Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
- Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
- Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Information
- Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
- Education:
Associate s degree from a PTA program. - Experience:
Rehab or acute care experience preferred. - License:
Current PTA license in state of practice. - Certifications:
CPR certification required.
