Schedule:
Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | Rotating Saturdays | 30+ hours per week

HealthCARE Express is looking for a Front Desk Team Member / Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join our team. Our D.O.F.I. team is often the first and last interaction a patient has with us, so this role is an important part of both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic.

What You'll Be Doing As a D.O.F.I., you'll help keep the front office running smoothly while making sure patients feel welcomed and taken care of.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients
Verifying patient information and insurance
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate payment records
Scanning and maintaining patient documentation
Keeping forms and front office supplies stocked and organized
Addressing patient concerns in a professional and timely manner
Protecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements
Communicating effectively with patients, Providers, and other clinic team members
Cross-training and stepping in to help wherever needed

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must, along with basic computer skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Experience in a medical or clinical office setting is helpful, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with a team are just as important.
