Our client is a leading provider of railcar products and services across North America. Through its platform, the company provides railcar manufacturing, leasing, maintenance, and related transportation solutions that help move essential goods throughout the country. With a long history in the industry, the company supports a large manufacturing workforce across multiple locations.

We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting for the company's Longview, TX manufacturing operation
. This is a true full-cycle recruiting role
. The recruiter will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
, while partnering closely with hiring managers and the local HR team.

The Longview location currently has approximately 200 employees
, with a significant number of hourly and manufacturing positions. The recruiter will initially focus primarily on recruiting for the Longview operation, with the opportunity to support recruiting for additional locations as the Longview recruiting needs are met. This is a high-volume environment where the recruiter may manage approximately 20–25 requisitions at a time, with some requisitions requiring multiple hires for the same position.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys keeping things moving, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working with hiring managers who may require consistent follow-up.

This position is onsite in Longview, TX and will work closely with the local HR team, hiring managers, and a broader Talent Acquisition team located across multiple company locations.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial sourcing through candidate onboarding.
• Recruit primarily for hourly manufacturing and industrial positions, including roles such as welders, painters, and other plant-based positions.
• Manage approximately 20–25 open requisitions at a time, with the volume potentially increasing or decreasing based on business needs.
• Manage requisitions requiring multiple hires for the same position, while maintaining strong organization and candidate follow-up.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and local HR leadership to understand staffing needs, candidate requirements, interview feedback, and hiring priorities.
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner, not simply a candidate coordinator.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, interest, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruiting process.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and follow up proactively when feedback or decisions are needed.
• Help manage the offer and onboarding process, partnering with internal teams that support background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Utilize recruiting resources such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, the company website, and local community colleges to support candidate pipelines.
• Learn and utilize company-specific recruiting systems and processes; experience with a specific ATS is not required.
