Responsibilities:

• Service existing clients by updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and providing documentation.
• Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing policies, and service all claims.
• Work with new clients or support a producer to understand client needs, research policy options, finalize and bind new coverage, cancel prior policies, and negotiate with carriers when necessary.
• Set appointments or support a producer to review existing policies, liability limits, exposures, and replacement costs, round out accounts, and bind renewals
• Quote new business, process renewals and cancellations, take payments, and provide requested documentation
• Resolve client concerns by identifying the issue, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
• Review audits and policies for accuracy, facilitating corrections between client and carrier as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in AMS
  360
• Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, and participate in meetings as needed
• Qualifications
  :
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active P&C insurance license preferred but not required
• Minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience required
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills; ability to handle difficult situations and solve complex problems independently
• Technology proficiency, including AMS
  360 or other agency management systems.
