Groundskeeper

Rate: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 96-unit apartment community in Longview, Texas! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
