Base pay range$22.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Responsibilities- Adhere to all shop policies and procedures within quality management system.
- Perform general welding repairs, improvements and fabrication on oilfield service equipment.
- Visually inspect equipment for proper performance and detect faults and deficiencies.
- Understands blueprints and performs tasks as described.
- Drive company equipment as needed including forklift and telehandler.
- Performs DWS prequalified welds in GMAW/FCAW/SMAW.
- Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently to shop procedures.
- Work with Quality Manager to execute requirements of nonconformance procedure.
- Perform large repair projects with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with field staff on necessary equipment repairs.
- Other projects as assigned by management.

- Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent - Experience:
Minimum of some verifiable welding and fabrication experience to a maximum of 3+ years verifiable welding and fabricating experience. Experience with TIG/MIG welding and stainless or aluminum experience preferred. Roles may range from entry level to experienced based on prior work history and skillset. - Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license, meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes and successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
