Noble Construction Management is seeking a Mid–Senior Level Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects for national and regional brands.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
- Lead project planning, buyout, and procurement
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals
- Manage change orders, pay applications, and financial tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation in project management systems
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience in both ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) projects
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), Retail, Financial institutions, Fitness, Entertainment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with the following tools is a plus:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- Buildr
- Net Suite
- Preferred: Based out of our Longview, Texas office
- Hybrid roles will be considered for the right candidate
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
