Job Description
HiFyve is hiring a Branch Manager in the heavy equipment industry in Longview, TX!
Salary: Up to $125,000 + Bonus
Location: Longview, TX
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations including equipment rental, sales, service, and parts.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure equipment availability for customers.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team including sales reps, mechanics, and admin staff.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance to meet sales and operational targets.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Set pricing and sales goals to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- OR equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
