• Perform a variety of operational functions that support production, inspection, and distribution of products and services.
• Adhere to established safety policies and procedures; follow ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas; uphold professional work ethics to foster a positive environment.
• Refer to work orders or procedural instructions before commencing work; conduct specified quality assurance checks for each assignment.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements; strive to meet production standards within a reasonable time based on job complexity.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts by operating mechanical equipment; assemble parts into sub-units or complete units.
• Use blueprints and design sketches to verify proper dimensions and tolerance levels; knowledge of milling, lathe programming, manual lathes, setup, and operations.
• Additional duties as assigned to support Norris Cylinder’s mission.

• At least 2 years CNC or manual machinist experience.
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Salary depends on experience.
