We are looking to add Assemblers to our Longview, TX team. This role performs various general labor job duties including assembling sheet metal products and components using power hand tools and fastening equipment, and meeting or exceeding department production standards and expectations.

• Assemble sheet metal products and components using power hand tools and fastening equipment.
• Meet or exceed department production standards and expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or three to six months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Comfortable with a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds and stand on one's feet for extended periods.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions in basic English and basic math skills.
• Preferred: ability to use various power tools including pneumatic tools, read basic engineering drawings, and basic knowledge of electrical wiring.
• Opportunity for hourly wage progression based on overall job performance and reviews at 90 days, six months, and one year from the date of hire.

1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:00pm, with a paid 30‑minute lunch break. Overtime may be required as needed.
