Micro Metl Corporation, a leading independent manufacturer of accessories for commercial heating and cooling equipment, seeks Machine Operators to work in Longview, Texas. The role operates sheet metal forming and stamping equipment, including laser forming, to produce sheet metal components for assembly. Responsibilities include following standard shop floor protocols, performing job‑related duties, and maintaining all necessary records.

• Operate various sheet metal forming and stamping equipment, including laser forming.
• Produce sheet metal components for assembly following standard shop floor protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and perform other job‑related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related technical trade training.
• Six months or more of machine operating or other job‑related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and use measuring devices such as tape measures and calipers (preferred).
• Strong intermediate math skills.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull objects 25-50+ pounds and stand on feet for long periods in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse.

Schedule:

1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a paid 30‑minute lunch break. Overtime may be required as needed.
