Welders – Production & Fabrication – Longview, TX
A company in Longview, TX is hiring Welders for full-time production and fabrication work. This role involves performing welding operations on steel parts and assemblies using fixtures, interpreting blueprints, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of welding experience, be familiar with fabrication tools, and work well in a team environment.
What you’ll need:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Willingness to operate additional equipment (robot welders, press brake, rivet gun, etc.)
- Basic math skills for measuring and fabrication tasks
- Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking work and materials
- Forklift operating experience
- Previous experience in a production or metal fabrication environment
- Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
