CNC Operator-Programmer Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)
• 1st Shift - 6:30a-6:30p
• 2nd Shift - 6:30p-6:30a
• Some OT and weekends as needed

Program CNC equipment using G-code to meet product specs

Proficient in CAM and FANUC systems

Verify programs before production release

Set up, program, and operate CNC machines

Read blueprints and job orders (dimensions, tolerances, tooling, feeds/speeds)

Select and secure tools and work pieces in machines/fixtures

Adjust controls for positioning, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut

Set up fixtures/feeding devices and operate machines

Monitor operations and ensure parts meet specifications

Manage coolant/cutting oil flow as needed

Sharpen tools using a bench grinder

Other duties as assigned

Non climate controlled, dirty environment

Must have CNC operator programming experience

Must be able to work OT and weekends as needed
