We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with expertise in blown film processes. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the manufacturing industry and have a deep understanding of the maintenance requirements of blown film machinery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and contributing to our overall operational excellence.

This is a permanent, full‑time position that provides a competitive compensation package and an engaging work environment.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on blown film machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery and related equipment.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they arise.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain high levels of productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in blown film technology and incorporate them into our maintenance processes.

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry, with specific experience in blown film processes.
• Proven expertise in preventive maintenance and the ability to diagnose and repair faults in blown film machinery.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest developments in blown film technology.
• A high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
• A technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field would be an asset.
