Responsibilities

• Has thorough and complete understanding of the job, company policies and processes involved in the exterior blast process.
• Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks.
• Performs work that requires independent judgement and resourcefulness or sense of leadership.
• Solves and identifies complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity.
• Functions as a team leader by directing the work of others.
• Fills in as required so that production goals can be met.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
