Material Handlers at REV Group, Inc. play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials within their Longview, Texas manufacturing facility. This position involves loading, unloading, and transporting materials, contributing to the production of specialized vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High school level education
• 1-3 years of experience or job-related experience
• Ability to drive a forklift and hold an operator’s license
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds with help
• Hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to read, interpret, and perform operations as listed on floor plans, work order books, quality and engineering drawings/documents, and procedure manuals
• Ability to safely operate power tools, hand tools, and specialty tools
• Deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere or independently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, or smell
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
