Description:
Has thorough and complete understanding of the job, company policies and processes involved in the exterior blast process. Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks. Performs work that requires independent judgement and resourcefulness or sense of leadership. Solves and identifies complex problems using technical knowledge and creativity. Functions as a team leader by directing the work of others.
Fills in as required so that production goals can be met. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills. Ability to train others. Typically has 4 or more years of experience.
