, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Travel Team Supervisor Industrial Services to work at a customer location and lead two or more crews. The supervisor will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew, ensuring proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role ensures compliance with all company policies and maintains strong customer relations by delivering quality industrial cleaning services.
The supervisor serves as the representative of HPC-Industrial and creates a continuous working relationship with clients and customers.

- Instruct, provide feedback, and assist crew members in performing job duties in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
- Enforce company employee policies and may remove employees from the job when required.
- Schedule jobs and crews and dispatch crews based on calls received on nights and weekends.
- Act as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
- Read work orders and ensure all required equipment is available and operational before starting a job.
- Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job; correct deficiencies that could cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity, or harm to equipment.
- Inform clients of job status and any client requirements.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.
- Complete all appropriate paperwork, including service receipts, and submit to designated management.
- Train technicians and operators on‑the‑job in equipment operation, service line processes, and necessary paperwork.
- Operate all necessary equipment in the service line (chemical, hydro‑blasting, painting, blasting, and vacuum) in accordance with training and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated people‑management knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in the service line.
- Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel; Access is a plus).
- Experience with Win Web (HPC Software).
- Excellent attention to detail and high organization.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment (preferred).
- CDL, forklift, and backhoe certification to assist with plant operations as needed.
- Capacity to calculate load weights for manifest completion and issue manifests correctly per waste stream, transporter, TSDF, and PO.
- Maintain filing system for issued and returned manifests.
- Assist HPC drivers with Win Web ticket entries and schedule pit loads at TSDF(s).
- Coordinate roll‑off logistics (moves, re‑spots, deliveries) and conduct weekly inspections.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the industrial cleaning industry; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving policy when operating company vehicles or personal vehicles on company business.
- Specific vocational preparation, including classroom safety training, on‑the‑job training, and essential experience gained on other jobs.
- Language proficiency: understand English at a level sufficient to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.
- OSHA certification may be required.
- Knowledge of emergency equipment operation, such as fire extinguishers.
- RCRA certificates.
- Capability to provide a Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) if required.
Pay Range: $19.95 - $64.09 Hourly
