As a Team Lead, you will serve as a key connection between management and frontline employees, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Your leadership will be essential tomeeting customer demands and supporting our long-term business goals.
As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with supervisors and fellow team leads to strategically manage staffing levels and assignments to meet production schedules and customer demands efficiently.
Coordinating and supporting comprehensive onboarding and training programs, ensuring adherence to allsafety protocols and quality standards.
Applying problem-solving techniques to maintain uninterrupted and efficient operational performance within your team.
Identifying and escalating safety, quality, and process issues promptly to the Production Supervisor.
Working alongside cross-functional teams including Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning, and Materials Management to address and resolve operational challenges.
Maintaining and continuously improving standard work procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
Driving team communication through regular meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions topromote transparency and teamwork.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering lean manufacturing principles as part of daily work routines.
Championing 6S methodologies to create and sustain organized and efficient work spaces.
Participating actively as a vital member of the manufacturing production team across the site.
Strictly adhering to the company’s Quality System policies and procedures and ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and complete.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, engineering prints, procedural manuals, and maintenance instructions accurately to ensure compliance and operational success.
Effective oral and written communication skills to interact confidently with team members, supervisors, andother departments.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities enabling quick and effective resolution of operational issues.
A collaborative attitude with a proven ability to work harmoniously in team settings and across functional boundaries.
Previous leadership experience in managing teams or overseeing projects within a manufacturing or related environment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a continuous process improvement mindset to support the company’s operational excellence goals.
A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency, embodied through personal accountability and the ability to inspire similar commitment from others.
