Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
Spend at least 24 hours per week connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies;
Drive Community Awareness:
Present to local organizations on long-term care, aging, and the benefits of our services;
Facilitate the Admissions Process:
Conduct facility tours and manage all aspects of resident admissions;
Track and Report Activity:
Submit weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership;
Strengthen Community Relations:
Collaborate with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach efforts
