Registered Nurse

• Location : Longview, Texas, United States (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: 3 Days – 12-Hour Shifts

The Registered Nurse (RN) practices independently within a similar clinical setting and demonstrates comprehensive awareness of patient care situations. This role provides both routine and complex nursing care, manages evolving clinical conditions, and supports short- and long-term patient care goals. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and delegates appropriately to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

• Provide nursing care consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols; monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
• Accurately document patient assessments, medical history, treatments, and outcomes.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Delegate assignments appropriately to support safe and effective clinical operations.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred

• Current RN License in state of employment or compact state required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
