Salary: $32.00 to $37.00 per visit (estimate hourly)

Schedule: M-F 8 to 5, occasional weekend

On Call:
Monthly

• Provide nursing visits according to the treatment prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate and complete medical records

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
