North Star is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX.

• Provide anesthesia for a variety of cases including heart and vascular, ortho‑spine, orthopedics, general, OB/GYN, urology, plastics, GI, EP, and minimal pediatrics.
• Work within your specialty’s capacity with diverse cases and multi‑specialty facilities.
• Participate in structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced CRNAs and anesthesiologists.
• Collaborate with care teams in a care‑team model at Longview Regional Medical Center.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is recently graduated or currently enrolled in an SRNA program.

• Top-of-market base salary $250K-$280K plus lucrative call compensation.
