A well-established and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Longview, Texas is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their highly skilled and supportive group. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
- Earning Potential:
Up to $300,000+ annually - Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $75,000 - Overtime Pay for hours above 40 per week
- Shift Differentials:
Evening, night, and weekend - stackable for maximum earnings - Holidays paid at 1.5x rate

- CME: 40 hours + $2,500 CME allowance annually

Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification - required
- Active Texas CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong clinical skills across a wide variety of surgical specialties
- Epidural and spinal proficiency - required for optional OB cases

- Team oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
