A well-established and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Longview, Texas is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their highly skilled and supportive group. This is an outstanding hospital-employed W-2 opportunity offering a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling options, no call requirements, and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in East Texas. With a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000, overtime pay, stackable shift differentials, and holiday premium rates - total earning potential can reach up to $300,000 or more annually.

Flexible shift options - 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available
Additional 16 and 24 hour shifts available after onboarding

Diverse Case Mix
- Trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, and GI. Optional OB cases for those proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia
Flexible Scheduling - 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts with additional 16 and 24 hour shifts after onboarding
No Call - outstanding work-life balance
Premium Pay Opportunities - evening, night, and weekend shift differentials can be stacked for additional earnings
Overtime Pay for all hours worked above 40 per week
Holidays paid at 1.5x pay rate
Total Earning Potential - up to $300,000+ annually with overtime and shift differentials
