Lead a growing cardiac cath lab program at one of East Texas's largest not-for-profit hospitals. With Level III Trauma designation, 300+ acute care beds, and an expanding cardiology service line, this is a rare chance to shape a program on the rise — and to build a career in a community that feels like home.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of skilled cath lab professionals, setting the tone for safe, efficient, and compassionate care
  • Run day‑to‑day operations of the cath lab, holding the line on clinical excellence and compliance
  • Team up with physicians, department leaders, and administrators to sharpen workflows and improve outcomes
  • Coach and grow your nursing staff, building a culture of accountability and pride in the work
  • Track quality metrics and patient satisfaction, and turn what you learn into real improvements
  • Drive cross‑department collaboration that keeps the program moving forward
What You Bring
  • BSN required
  • Active RN license (state of employment or compact)
  • BLS certification
  • 3–5 years of direct patient care experience, ideally in a cath lab or cardiovascular setting
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred – but strong cath lab RNs ready for their first leadership role are encouraged to apply
