• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in relevant nursing specialty; EPIC experience highly preferred

• Provide routine and complex nursing care in a Med Surg/IMC setting, including telemetry and neuro, respiratory, cardiac, GI, and other specialties
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess and educate patients and families, addressing their psychological, emotional, and social needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Demonstrate independence while making appropriate clinical judgments
• Delegate tasks effectively to care team members

• Current RN license in Texas or a valid compact license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA; NIH required
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry and IMC/Med Surg care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
