Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee a multifamily apartment community on-site. You will be responsible for financial performance, staff development, resident satisfaction, and maintaining the property’s appearance.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage renovations. Res Man experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
