Terms and Conditions of Employment:

• 2 permanent, year-round vacancies and 2 seasonal (May to September) vacancies
• Full-time (30-50 hours per week, depending on season)
• Shifts include days, mornings, evenings, weekends
• Overtime may be required

• Experience:
  
  2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of related education/training and experience)

Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Inspect and clean kitchens, food service, and work areas
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Assist servers as food runners
• Wash dishes
• Additional Information:
  Must be able and willing to obtain a food safety certificate prior to commencing employment.
